Little Samantha and Photo Retouching

My friend Veronica has a cute little daughter, Samantha. Veronica took some wonderful photos of her just being adorable and asked me to touch them up for her. Here are the before and after's of both of the images that Veronica sent to me.

If you have that photograph of your child that you absolutely love but it just needs a little something more, send it my way and I can try to help give it that extra punch that it may need!

More HDR fun...

I decided to play with some HDR photography with the front of my house. I took this photo at twilight right before a storm rolled in, it actually turned out pretty good, I don't think my house has ever looked so nice!

Herbie The Love Bug!

So I was just up in Michigan visiting family over the 4th and on the way home off the side of the IL interstate was Herbie! I had to drive to the next exit, turn around and drive back a couple miles then pull off the highway to see him. Oh but that is not all! I also had to walk through very tall grass/weeds that I was certain contained snakes... but being the photographer I am :) I did it anyway! I hope you enjoy these images. I will post my 4th of July images soon, I got some nice firework shots.

Graffiti Fun!

I took this image while I was in Washington DC this past April. It's one of those images that I almost passed by but my 'lovely' husband who is great seeing what I miss caught it. Husbands are good for something, right?! :)

Totally Rad Actions

Totally Rad Actions is a lifesaver for me, I use it for a lot of my photoshop work. I became aware of them while following a wedding photographer's blog and she always talked highly of them. They have a sample recipe page which showcases ideas and I just happened to stumble on one of my images being used! That is just totally rad! :)
